EcoCaptive provides Wi-Fi captive portal solutions for businesses, including user management, voucher generation, analytics, and MikroTik router integration. We offer various service tiers including Lite, Standard (self-hosted), and Pro (cloud-hosted) plans.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are based on your selected plan:

  • A one-time setup fee is required for all plans
  • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to suspend service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice when possible.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of EcoCaptive is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including automatic cloud backups for applicable plans.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EcoCaptive, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of EcoCaptive and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoCaptive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
